ABOUT ADRIENNE STONE
Adrienne Stone with over 45 years experience as a physical therapist, is also certified as a Trager Practitioner and Teacher, Rosen Method Bodywork and Senior Movement Teacher, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. With this background she brings a unique perspective to her practice. Her work addresses many neuromuscular and musculoskeletal issues not limited to: chronic tension, back and neck pain, frozen shoulders, Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, stroke, myofascial issues and trauma. Safe movement, education for persons with compromised bone density(based on the Meeks Method), generalized stress reduction and person growth are within the scope of her practice. Her offices are in Katonah, NY, 1 hour north of Manhattan on the Metro North line and in NYC. (In Person sessions and Telehealth including virtual sessions and consultations are available.)
